Job summary

Elara Caring in Toledo, OH is hiring a Hospice Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on marketing clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals across our communities.

You will work with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and families, with training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell and market clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals to position Elara Caring as a top provider of care.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and key decision makers across the healthcare network.
• Maintain reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license as required.
