Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory, collaborating with physicians and care teams to position Elara’s in-home hospice programs.

You will conduct outside sales, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and translate clinical outcomes into compelling value propositions while traveling within the territory to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Skilled in problem solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and cooperative in a team environment.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
