Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census in a defined territory. This outside sales role focuses on selling and marketing clinical home care programs to healthcare professionals to become a top provider in the community.

You will engage with physicians, case managers, and other referral sources to connect patients and families with Elara Caring’s services, driving growth and outcomes while representing a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.

Responsabilités
