Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a defined territory. You will market our home care programs to physicians and other clinicians, building trusted relationships to connect patients and families with our services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred) and proven sales experience in post-acute or DME sectors, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team.
