Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role involves the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to position us as a top home care provider in our communities.

You will collaborate with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring's high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families, using proven sales strategies and a customer-focused approach in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Skilled in problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Confident interacting with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and cooperative in team settings.
