Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive admissions and expand patient census in a defined territory. This outside sales role focuses on growing the patient base and coordinating with a wide range of healthcare professionals to connect in-home care with eligible patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with track record of results.
• Understands referral sources and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes to be a top care provider.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to patients and families.
