Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on selling and marketing clinical programs and outcomes, connecting high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.

You will work with a wide range of medical professionals, demonstrating a deep understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are. A dependable vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with teams
• Proven sales acumen with results and ability to influence decision makers
• Strong problem solving to meet patient and business needs
• Comfortable interacting with health care professionals at all levels
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and cooperative in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory
