Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on marketing clinical programs and outcomes, connecting Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Understanding how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Strong problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Comfortable interacting with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, and ability to cooperate with others.
