Job summary

Elara Caring in Brighton, MI is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.

You will market clinical programs to medical professionals, connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care with eligible patients, and work with partners to achieve growth in the community. Compensation is achievement-based with monthly/quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of how the referral source decides and understands who the decision makers are.
• Skilled in problem solving and meeting patient and business needs.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes to clinicians and families.
• Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families through outreach.
• Engage with various health care professionals and decision makers to drive referrals.
