Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice operations, driving growth and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will work with the Chief Clinical Officer to shape strategy, oversee clinical teams, and coordinate outreach and administration across programs.

The role requires RN licensure in Washington, an advanced nursing degree or equivalent management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills for both routine and crisis situations.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Washington state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher.
• MSN, MHA, or MBA or four years of management/supervisory experience and four years of clinical background.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience (hospice/home health preferred) with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing within three years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical Hospice patient care services.
