Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Idalou, TX is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to serve as the primary liaison between the company and referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will drive referral growth by educating partners on services and program requirements to improve patient outcomes and smooth care transitions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, 2+ years in healthcare business

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/healthcare regulations and home health operations.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems).
• Educate referral sources about services and program requirements to grow referrals.
