Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; healthcare admin/marketing or related field.
- Nursing/therapy/social work degree preferred.
- At least 2 years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
- Knowledge of federal/state/local laws governing Medicare home health operations.
- Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living, etc.) to grow referrals.
- Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to support patient transitions.
- Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare/home health regulations and company programs.
