Job summary

Valley Regional is seeking a Full-Time Community Liaison in Fresno, CA to lead marketing and sales initiatives and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources. The role focuses on strategic planning, market assessments, and ensuring compliant marketing activities within the healthcare space.

The ideal candidate will manage marketing operations, develop plans to meet budget targets, and build positive perceptions of Valley Regional Hospice Inc as a high-quality provider.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in healthcare marketing management.
• At least one year experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Follows all daily marketing operations including establishing and implementing marketing/sales initiatives.
• Assists in monitoring allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
• Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary projections.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Valley Regional Hospice Inc as a high-quality provider of services.
• Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of markets, government agencies, major payer groups, referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
