Job summary

CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to lead outreach and marketing initiatives. You will build positive relationships with customers, referral sources, and community partners, organize events, and respond to inquiries to promote the organization’s services.

In this role, you will monitor marketing activities, develop plans within budget, and support strategic planning. Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills are essential to expand access to hospice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in health care marketing management, hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with the community.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities and collaborates with the Administrator on marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resource allocation according to budgetary limitations.
• Develops comprehensive marketing plans to meet budgeted volume projections.
• Employs marketing/promotional initiatives to achieve volume targets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral and payer sources.
