Job summary

• Develop and implement a marketing plan to meet budgeted volumes.
• Employ marketing initiatives to achieve budget targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor perceptions of Bridge/Home Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Maintain knowledge of hospice markets, payers, and competitors.
• Assist with strategic planning to identify new service opportunities.
