Job summary

AnchorHealth LLC in San Jose, CA seeks a Marketing/CommunityEducation Liaison/Clinical Marketing Liaison to drive admissions through hospital and community partnerships, education sessions, and physician outreach.

You will build relationships with referral sources, present in-services, promote hospice philosophy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet monthly goals. Bachelor's degree required; healthcare marketing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare environment.
• Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with marketing skills preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create leads.
• Organized territory management with limited supervision.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Support and promote Hospice philosophy to referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior organizations, discharge planners, and referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community programs and presentations to promote Anchor Health services.
• Promote privacy, dignity, and well-being of patients.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, families, and providers.
• Serve as an internal/external resource supporting the mission and vision of the organization, particularly palliative care.
