Job summary

Crescent Hospice in Buffalo is seeking a self‑driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative) to promote our services throughout the community. You will build trust‑based relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners to grow census and access to compassionate care.

The role emphasizes outreach, education about hospice benefits, and serving families with empathy.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key staff, marketing contacts, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Advocate for hospice services through outreach reflecting compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Crescent Hospice as provider of choice in the service area and exceed census goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care, explain services, and facilitate consent with empathy.
