Job summary

Crescent Hospice in Augusta, GA is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team as a Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative. This role focuses on building trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to increase census and access to compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; substitution allowed.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical staff to promote hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration and trust within the medical community.
• Serve as an advocate for hospice services by conducting outreach reflecting our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow Crescent Hospice presence by positioning us as the provider of choice across the service area and exceeding growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by discussing hospice services and obtaining informed consent with empathy.
