Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative) to build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners across Union, Spartanburg, Laurens, Newberry, and Cherokee Counties. The role focuses on census growth and community awareness of our compassionate hospice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as an advocate for hospice services through regular outreach and education.
• Grow presence by positioning Crescent Hospice as the provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Support patients and families by discussing hospice care and facilitating consent with empathy.
