• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with key staff and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as advocate for hospice services through outreach.
• Grow census by increasing awareness and referrals in the service area.
• Drive referral growth via regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, and others.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care with empathy and clarity.
