Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners, advancing hospice services across the service area. You will drive marketing efforts, gather market insights, and support strategic planning with an interdisciplinary hospice team.

The role requires a proactive, self-starting professional with experience in healthcare sales and strong communication and negotiation skills, plus the ability to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in healthcare sales, especially home care or hospice.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid license/insurance.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
