Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team in the Aiken area. The role focuses on building trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to drive census growth and promote hospice services.

Responsibilities include outreach to physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other professionals; explaining our care philosophy; and supporting patients and families with compassionate conversations about hospice options.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration within the medical community.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for our hospice services via regular outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting Crescent Hospice as provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians and healthcare staff.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and facilitate consent with empathy.
