Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of successful sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Open new accounts and grow existing ones within the defined Book of Business.
Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and grow productivity.
Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative approach.
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times.
Be willing to work evenings and weekends to support patients.
