AccentCare, Inc. seeks a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care.

You’ll educate referral sources, build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners, and drive hospice sales while ensuring timely, high-quality care. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans aligned with our mission.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care with patient comfort and dignity prioritized.
• Participate in training and planning outreach strategies while honoring confidentiality.
