Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing accounts.
• CRM skills and ability to drive growth in long-standing accounts.
• Healthcare or hospice industry experience preferred, but top performers welcome.

• Open new accounts and expand existing accounts to grow market share.
• Identify opportunities through market analysis and referrals from physicians and staff.
• Partner with operations to ensure rapid, appropriate admissions of eligible patients.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy with patients and families in sensitive settings.
• Be available outside standard business hours to support patients in need.
• Gather feedback from referral sources and relay insights for service improvements.
• Adapt to changes in business priorities and team structure as needed.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners on hospice care.
