Job summary

Alabama Hospice Care of Mobile, part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group, seeks an Account Executive to drive the sales strategy, grow market share, and educate the medical community on services. The role focuses on building referral-source relationships, managing activities, and identifying customer needs to deliver customized solutions.

Salary ranges from $56,694 to $85,042 annually for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute the growth strategy.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and secure referrals.
• Expand the healthcare community's use of our services by increasing awareness of solutions.
• Act as a liaison between referral sources, patients and families, and our agencies.
