Agape Care Group is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to cultivate trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners, helping patients access compassionate end-of-life care.

This field-based role involves coordinating with clinical teams, educating providers about hospice services, and identifying new market opportunities to strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Education: Associate Degree or proven work experience in health-related field.
• Strong ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
