AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Account Executive in Maryland to lead hospice sales, educate referral sources, and connect patients with timely, compassionate care. You will build lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners while coordinating with Admissions and Marketing to execute outreach plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years in home health/hospice sales, strong communication, and independent territory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community orgs through visits and conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing referrals and raising awareness of programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to execute community outreach plans reflecting our mission.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care with patient dignity.
• Participate in training and planning to uphold quality, ethics, and confidentiality.
