Job summary

Caretenders Hospice, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking an Account Executive in Edina, MN to drive sales strategy and increase market share by developing key referral sources and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services.

You will manage relationships, coordinate activities with referral sources, and help expand awareness and utilization of our care services within the community.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to expand care reach.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand community awareness of our solutions among healthcare professionals and patients.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources, patients and agencies.
