The role emphasizes excellent communication, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams. A high school diploma is required, and HVAC product knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in office environment & customer service.
• Experience handling calls, emails, and chat with homeowners.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be a team player under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phones, email, and online chat.
• Respond promptly to correspondence via phone, mail, and email.
• Assist with complaints via social media, executives, and BBB.
• Coordinate with distributor technical representatives on site visits.
• Perform data entry and maintain documents.
• Assist in training of new employees.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with Regional Technical Representatives to determine causes of failure.
• Prepare concession letters for homeowners.
