Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales by maintaining house accounts and communicating with dealers about new products, pricing and promotions.
• Process orders, quotes, and deliveries; ensure accurate data entry and timely shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Educate customers on HVAC product terminology, features and benefits.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and operate a forklift when required.
