The role supports branch operations, handling counter enquiries, phone and email orders, and delivering fast, accurate sales assistance.

You will maintain dealer communications, process orders, and expand product knowledge to boost sales and customer satisfaction. The position requires reliable service and teamwork across channels.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic database usage.
• Strong customer service with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to fulfill orders.
• Maintain sales programs and inform customers about services, prices, and new products.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, and ensure correct item fulfillment and delivery dates.
• Provide accurate product information and assist with warranties/returns.
• Coordinate with branches/vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including inventory counts and forklift operation when needed.
