Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Some college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing, quotes, and delivery dates.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and emails to support customers.
• Maintain dealer communications and outbound outreach for new products.
• Coordinate with branches, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure on-time shipments.
• Support warehouse activities and assist in inventory tasks as needed.
• Prepare deposits and manage cash handling during shifts.
• Travel to customer locations for visits or demonstrations if required.
