Stevens Equipment Supply, part of Daikin Industries, is hiring an HVAC Counter Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to support our Las Vegas branch. The role combines counter service, phone and email interactions to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure a swift sales process.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge and extensive experience in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC equipment knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage high volume customer interactions via counter, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in building sales through dealer communication and outbound calls.
• Maintain sales programs within territory by informing customers of services, prices and new products.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone and email.
• Process orders, quotes, payment and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales and distribution to ensure timely shipments.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales.
• Assist in warehouse operations and forklift as needed.
• Travel to customer locations for follow-ups or demonstrations as required.
