Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes is seeking a dedicated service coordinator to work directly with homeowners, addressing and resolving service requests promptly and professionally.

You will assess situations, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with trade partners to schedule work. A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
• Must be computer proficient with scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate situations and determine appropriate actions.
• Complete minor repairs as needed.
• Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
