Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking a service representative to work directly with homeowners, ensuring timely and professional handling of requests. You will assess situations, complete minor repairs, and coordinate with trade partners and vendors to schedule work.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of related experience, are proficient with computers, and may have a Bachelor’s degree. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company scheduling tools and visit sites.

• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus; valid driver’s license required.
