You will use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors. 2+ years of related experience and/or training required. Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
