Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a leader in homebuilding, is seeking a Home Service Coordinator to work directly with homeowners, ensuring service requests are handled promptly and professionally.

You will evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and vendors. 2+ years of related experience and proficiency with scheduling tools are required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
