Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a service coordinator to work with homeowners, assess requests, and schedule repairs with trade partners. You will ensure timely, professional handling of service needs and maintain scheduling proficiency.

Candidates should have 2+ years of related experience, be computer proficient or capable of learning scheduling tools, and ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with homeowners to evaluate service requests and respond promptly.
• Complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service is delivered professionally.
