Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC seeks a service coordinator to work directly with homeowners to address service requests promptly and professionally. You will evaluate issues, complete minor repairs, and coordinate scheduling with trade partners and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, is proficient with scheduling tools, and holds a valid driver's license. Bachelor’s degree is a plus; the company offers extensive benefits and professional development.

Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
