Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator in Rancho Cordova, CA to work directly with homeowners, assess service requests, complete minor repairs, and coordinate with trade partners.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, computer proficiency or willingness to learn scheduling tools, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required; hourly rate is $34.00–$38.00 with bonus potential and extensive benefits.

• Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools.
