Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (Homecare) to ensure patients receive timely, consistent care by coordinating with our home health aides. You will schedule and verify visits and provide customer support to patients, aides and insurance partners.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a customer-facing role, with a high school diploma and 1+ years of Staffing Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage case coverage for home health aides, ensuring adequate staffing for all patient needs.
• Use Medflyt software to monitor missed visits, verify EVV, and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records and notes for each patient in the system.
• Respond to customer service inquiries from patients, aides, and insurance companies.
• Assist patients in navigating their care needs and communicate with insurance providers.
