Complete Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to organize staffing schedules and support our healthcare team to ensure residents receive exceptional care daily.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain coverage, respond to scheduling needs, and contribute to a positive work environment, emphasizing organization, communication, and teamwork in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
• Evaluate annual performance reviews
• Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
