Responsibilities

• Schedule field staff to provide care for patients in assigned zones.
• Answer calls from staff and patients; refer and document follow-up.
• Provide monthly schedules and track coverage, call-offs, and cancellations.
• Maintain reporting in the computer system (availability, clockworks, reports, etc.).
• Assist with hiring and orientation as directed by Program Coordinator and HR.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulations and company policy.
