Job summary

Senior Helpers of Castle Rock & Parker is seeking a Care and Office Coordinator to lead recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling for our caregivers. The role ensures every client receives consistent, dependable care by building a strong, prepared team ahead of need.

As part of the care leadership team, you will recruit, train, and support caregivers, manage time sheets and payroll, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling caregivers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to train and mentor caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers and screen applicants.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs.
• Create and manage caregiver schedules weeks in advance.
• Provide caregiver support and retention activities.
• Maintain office operations and records.
• Coordinate with Director of Care Services and Executive Director.
