Job summary

Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to align caregivers with clients, coordinate home care scheduling, and resolve issues promptly. You will use a web-based system to monitor clock-in/out, care logs, and records while maintaining clear communication with caregivers, clients, and case managers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and computer skills. Valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast-paced and self-directed, able to work with little direct supervision.
• Advanced computer proficiency with staffing, scheduling, EMR, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, scheduling needs and caregiver availability.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and resolve arising issues.
• Staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requests.
• Organize caregiver and client issues (time-off, schedule changes, availability).
• Use a care management system to monitor on-time arrival, clock-in/out, care logs, and records.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
