Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from first contact to closing. You will leverage proactive sales techniques, maintain relationships, and drive seamless transactions across Lennar communities in Florida.

A strong understanding of the housing market and CRM tools will support your daily activities. The role requires 1–3 years in new home sales or real estate, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker relationships and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, and trends.
• Track daily customer traffic using company tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and promotions to drive growth.
