Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to manage the end-to-end home purchase process, from first contact to closing, across Welcome Home Centers. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding buyer needs and guiding them through to purchase.

Responsibilities include daily center operations, processing sale agreements, and aligning closings with business plans, while leveraging community engagement and realtor partnerships to generate leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, community features, and demographics.
• Provide consistent follow-through from initial contact to post-closing, with accurate communication records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
