Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from engagement to closing. You will leverage a consultative sales approach, manage relationships, and navigate the housing market to deliver a seamless experience for buyers.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in new home sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to close deals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-tracking tools is preferred; a high school diploma is required,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact to closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, sales trends, advertising, and customer demographics.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
