Lennar in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Homebuyer Concierge to deliver a high-touch, proactive homebuying experience from Purchase Agreement through Closing. You will be the primary liaison between the Homebuyer and the builder, coordinating closing and walkthrough schedules and ensuring communications align with Lennar’s processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity in CRM, milestone ownership, and cross-functional coordination with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales, while offering

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional on-site with homeowners or events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary, customer-first point of contact and provide warm updates.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, and closing steps for a seamless experience.
• Conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and resolve concerns.
• Maintain 100% data integrity for customer interactions and documentation in CRM.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal partners to ensure timely closings.
